Ability for officers to promote new members.

Officers are chosen to help manage the guild. It would helpful if officers could promote new members, for continued guild growth.

Officers being able to promote up to recruiter rank makes sense. Often times GM is too busy to do this housekeeping.

Another option is a secondary GM ie some rank between GM and officer that can have permissions to promote/denote.

+1 would be nice to save master's banned guilds, if you guys don't bring it as a settings for master to choose.

I think officers can kick, so why can’t they promote? It only make sense
