Leaderboard Revamp

First of all, i know some may agree to this, some may not but its only a suggestion so yeah here it is.

We need a major revamp for leaderboard at the moment especially timed runs. We need to limit a person or atleast one per account on the lb to make it fair for others.

So what if you already got a top spot with other people and tried again with another different parties.

Ps: any suggestions will be appreciated since this is only a suggestion.
