Take a look at the holo-pumkin
1. 1 Costumed Char from store speak to Cindy on Blackstar in middle bridge type things.
2. 50 costumed enemies.
Easiest way to get is to keep rmkn level 1 and 2 of Dynastar.
If you do not get any by half of the 1st lvl most likely none there rmk.
Skip side rooms they do not count for kill counter at bottom of screen, and seems as no costumed char are in the side rooms.

I know devil horns can be acquired through the 20 plat halo-ween event pack, but where do you get the trident/pitchfork thingy that completes that costume?

i found it to complete the mission fastest on lvl 1 of cycorp industrys. took 3 minutes for each round and averaged 4-6 costumed enemies each time.
Less than 3min to complete 1 and 2 of dyna 1 hit kill.. com one skill 5+ kill

it is from pack also i got trident but no horns earier along wih a rip helmet

Aquctually I figured out the are pre made so if u see one out of the first 6 guys there will be alot and there not in the rooms u have to open

Wow, I got RIP Helm and two costumes only, no pitchfork or horns I got pirate dog and bird.

The costumes will be returned on 1st Nov. So only the gift within each time you buy a pack will contain a Holo-ween Vanity you can keep

she gives you the big red pirate head costume. Atleast that's what I got. You just ask her to "join in on the fun." It looks like the gas mask with the goggles from the plat store, only with a red top instead.
