If I had to pick one based on the animal theme present in the other two classes I'd say they are SQUIRRELS!!!!! Or maybe a fox or a cat.
The faces don't shed too much light except for the lynx cat face (dodge one)

I believe the accepted race name is Elf. People just don't call them that as widely as the class name itself. Nothing debatable or controversial here.

Bears and birds got different faces for the different species of bears and birds (grizzly, panda, cardinal, penguin etc.) and mages got a tiger face, so they're OBVIOUSLY cats

But why is there a Elf in an animal world? An elf is a human figure. A bird is an animal, and a bera is an animal. Why is the elf here? Why is it to be considered as such if the whole game is based off of animals?
