Example for PL it would be Bear, 10-15. As there are many games at that level. whats it for SL?

LVL10 Operative with Gallowtech
LVL15 Operative with Plat gear
LVL15 Commando with Plat Gear
LVL5 Engineer with Premium

We're not too big on twinkling yet. Since SL PvP is new and still in beta.
My guess that the most popular twinkling would occur at:
L10 -reason - Not too many skills. And its easy to lvl a char to 10
L25 -reason- no shields at 25. Most of the skills are there except the one you earn at 28. So it'll be lots of different buildsu
L35 -reason - Pink guns and plat shields sets. Its fun pvping at this lvl.
