Yep. Crushing blow gives (I believe) -30 dodge and -65 Damage. Also, one of the slashes (don't recall which, Elly would know) causes an occasional -10 armor debuff (Credit to Elly for bringing it to my attention)
Super Mega Slash has the -10 armor debuff, along with Hell Scream having one as well. Total -20 armor is what a bear can single-handedly do.
