Ok so I was at sand caves with my level 65 and there was full party of level 20 to 25s and I was running the whole map.
I didn't realize it till I got to the end, but did I just power level them lol?

Powerlevelling is when you level lower level characters, so yes this is an example of powerlevelling.
But I dont want to just boot people from my games...

I would suggest you host and set a pass and only tell higher level players the pass. Powerlevelling isn't against rules I don't think. Someone correct me?
Oh I forget that. If it is on purpose and you do it continually, it is powerlevelling.

Because like sometimes I just do runs in maps to farm but I don't like to set pass codes because some people might join to help me out.

I enjoy going back to the lower levels and pounding the crap out of the enemies who gave me so much trouble when I was on my way up. And yes, I usually end up with a full contingent following me. I find it very entertaining.

They were in a level appropriate dungeon. Power leveling is a label typically given to the players that gain xp in a map where they could possibly be of no benefit, i.e. a level 10 in sewers. The term has been synonymous with leeching as well, for better or worse. The consequences of powerleveling is when that is ALL they do and don't try to learn game or team mechanics, have no idea what their skills do etc. When I farm with a level appropriate toon I can still do damage, still solo dungeons and if a ligh level player joins, it just makes the run much faster thereby granting easier xp.
I wouldn't worry about what you did, as SSC is intended for levels 20-25.
So if I made a twink I'm allow to power level? Since I already know almost everything about the game
Yeah, many people do. Honestly, power leveling is looked down upon, but nobody can stop you from doing it. If you like playing that way, then by all means, play it like that. Don't let others judge the way you want to play the game.

Yes, this is a minor form of power leveling.
Power leveling is something that can be very, very good. Being "frowned upon" means absolutely nothing. Power leveling will increase training in game mechanics when done correctly. Power leveling is completely acceptable when no ToS is broken.
