Keyboard issues in Pocket Legends

I had this problem once, but I encountered another issue with the keyboard. My keyboard was jammed, so even if I wasn't typing in the chat the keyboard was still on the screen. No matter how many times I clicked the button (on the iPad) to pull the keyboard down it was stuck
