I wonder this too. Someone in Balefort said the cap was February 4th or 5th. I asked them who told them that information and they said 2 AoA's. I was on my AoA. Whoever told people this information better hope they were right......

Also, keep in mind that Humania and the level cap are still a ways out (after DL). So, we won't have a new level cap interrupting the ladder for a bit.

I dont think we'll see the new cap in February, because it will come after Dark Legends, which isn't even released in Beta yet.

i do not believe the release of one product is tied to the release of another. They seem to have separate development teams, but the testers are shared. Humania is an update to an existing product. The updates are roughly three months apart. DL is a new product and has a different set of goals such as third party approvals. As with SL, DL will probably include innovations to the spacetime engine that need extra testing. So, while Humania probably has an internal deadline, DL has to first satisfy QA. I just don't believe the devs would hobble an existing product by making its updates dependent on a new product.

You know what would be cool? To have the announcement be for April 1. Everyone would be thinking it is an April Fool's joke, so nobody would think it is real. Only, it really is released on April 1.

Think about it. When was the last time something cool REALLY happened on April 1?

All I know, is that some AOA's need to get it through their heads that they are not devs and are not "all-powerful.". On more than one occasion, I have seen an AOA acting like this (This is not based on all AOA's, just the ones that I have seen.). Making an announcement like that if it is not true, should have some serious consequences.

At this point I just log on once or twice a day to check the DD and the CS prices. A little fresh challenge would be a good thing, for me...
