Problem with platinum

Hello! I have a problem. I dont got platinum in the PL. I did pay for 30 Platinum from android app, with credit card at feb 11. And now no money, no Platinum... Is it a bug? Help me to find it please!
And Im so sorry for my English...))

Sometimes it takes a longer time for Google to send you the platinum. It may even take 1-2 days try sending an email to support@spacetimestudios.com if you still can't receive your plat in a few days. Good luck!

Hey.

I had that issue a few times. Every time it's during a weekend, you will get them after midnight some time i bet.

It's got somthing to do with google check out and reserving the money on your account

I have the same problem but i bought mine on the 10th if they dont let me buy the items i missed for vday ill request a refund because they know people buy plat for specific items.
