Is this for pvp? If so, I would definatly recommend investing points into drain.I would max, personally.

PVP would be around Lv33. Then I should get Lv6 Drain. But my focus wasn't really PVP. Just trying to make a good mage to Lv55 so I can equip w/ the L55 Roach set(dex) to get an automatic +40% for critical, & w/ Blessing of Might it'll be over 100% so I know for sure I'll do double damage w/ each offensive skill & w/ my talons

but also if it's PvP then Heal would be needed for my combo, Lightning - Drain Life - Ice storm - Firestorm - Heal - repeat. & obviously BOV & BOM before.

so I'm considering by Lv33, I'll have Lv6 Drain also, and by Lv39 I'll have Lv6 Heal. Lv6 Heal isn't required for PvE though, can always buy HP pots. Lv1 would be require for debuffs though.

try 6 lightning 5 fire, 3 drain, and 1 heal. Keep the rest you already have.
