Bug?

I'm not sure is this a bug but when I wear my lvl 56 nuri glyph hood, nuri glyph cloth, nuri glyph bracer and when I compare a nuri glyph wand to it, it adds on a few hit% when it is not listed below the weapon's stats. Any ideas?

The int added from the wand is adding the hit; also adds some mana, and maybe a bit of damage.

But the stats listed below the glyph wand doesn't say to give hit% though...

As Otu already said... Each int point gets you 0.1% hit, so basically 10 int adds 1% more hit.
