This happens when wearing a desert rat pack with all jetpacks green,red,yellow, chrome and even scorn wings.

It occurs with male AND female toons.

Well the rat pack is like a jetpack, putting a jetpack over it is simple jetpack inception.
Put another one over that one you'll have a jetpack within a jetpack within a jetpack.
Jetpack inception ftw.
