Level 1 twinking died due to not being able to stash and disable xp doesnt earn pve kills, level 5 twinks are rare, lvl 10-13 are common along with 17-19, other odd levels would be the range of 20-23 as you need odd leveled gear to twink in this area. The next common level of twinks come at 25-26 and 30-32 and 35, high level twinkin comes at 45, 50-51, 55-56, 60-61 and the soon to be 65-66 when humania is released. I recommend level 30 twinking for the infortunate that does not have a ton of gold, while if you have plenty of millions to spend, you could do level 15-17 twinking and glyph sets at level 56, personally I like low leveled pvp more, and i mainly twink at level 15 as it requires more skill than twinking at 17.
