When will DL released in App Store (Apple)?

i have a question for any dev: in the future, would it be possible for any sts/legends game to be released all at once for all devices and platforms? I just feel kinda anxious and envious of everyone who has played dl. I also kinda feel at a disadvantage getting a late start... so ya. if any dev (or anyone with an answer for that matter) could answer this, thatd be great. thanks
