Reason for the name: The head of the staff is a Tiki Head. A scepter is an alternative name for a staff that sounds more appropriate for an island theme. Lastly, Kapua are a Hawaiin mythological group of demigods: "The divine tricksters or mischief-makers of Hawaii". The word alone gives a real island-like feel
Effect: I'd like the staff to have fire (like from the original pumpkin head and shield) inside the tiki's mouth where it's drawn in the picture.
Description: The scenery of Humania are islands. Water, palm trees, but what's missing? Tikis! The staff is a fire blast staff as tiki's are known nowadays as decorative light sources. It has a nice bamboo pole going through it to give it the full image of islands, and Humania.
