Red Herring mission

Now I've been on this mission over and over again. I mean I have the sample of the pirate cargo. But now they want me to locate or to find pirate illegal cargo. Where is it???

In SL guides on this forum. There is a mission guide that is pretty in depth posted by physiologic.

I did that mission a long time ago. I don't remember what I did, but that guide is probably the best place to look.
