Very few "horror movies" are actually scary for me. I heard insideous is really scary but I've never seen it.
The "Paranormal Activity" films are pretty scary, not sure if you have seen them. I have seen the first two, and the third one has just premiered here in the UK.
1408 was the scariest I've seen, I was 13(I think?) when I saw it.
I seen 1408, It was pretty freaky.

Not a fan of horror movies, i watch 1 every year maybe, but today i watched wrong turn 1 and 2. It's disgusting..it was about bunch of people being hunted by cannibalistic inbreds in the woods. Interesting but shocking.
I've never seen paranormal activity and never will lol. I'm too easily impressed by things, if i watch it i'll be thinking about it for weeks.
Scariest one i've seen was probably unborn. Dam, i hate that kind of movies.
;D
It was fun while it lasted.
Paranormal Activity, Really isn't scary at all. Kind of dumb in my opinion.

Hahah, well, still that kind of stuff isn't for me. If i had to watch a horror movie i'd rather want it to be something that could not have possible happened to me. Cannibals in the woods as an example. Hahah
EDIT: nevermind what i said at first, all kind of horror movies are bs anyway lol.
It was fun while it lasted.
War of worlds even though it's not a horror movie it still freaked me out
I know when you do phoe phoe xD
O Hai Der
Human Centipede 2!!! XD. Nah the first was better IMO.

Stephen kings "CUJO"... Jump out of my seat and lost my popcorn when that dang dog jumped through the kitchen window near the end of it. That movie was freaking awsomely scary.
Ahhhh, my bear would destroy the guys in paranormal activity :P
War of the Worlds freaked me out when I was young. We had the volume up so high that I heard the screams on the other side of the house (It was a home theater with stereo all over. My grandpa liked it like that )
Alien also was scary to me as I don't like little creatures bursting out of chests lol. I honestly don't watch that much scary movies, but there is one book that was pretty gory: Star Wars Death Troopers (REALLY gory and suspenseful. Sad at times)

I'm into and absolutely LOVE horror movies. I'm a Gore-Hound at heart. I've seen almost all the movies mentioned on this thread. My selection is well very wide in the sense of what is considered "horror". From Repo: The Genetic Opera to Rosemary's Baby (A must see if you're into horror). I had posted a thread about a movie by Guillermo del Toro called "El Espinazo Del Diablo" translates to the Devil's Backbone. Awesome movie watch it lol.
I could go on and on about horror/thrillers but I won't lol

Scarey Horror? Lets not forget the grandfather of all horror movies "Texas Chainsaw Massacre". (The orginal not the remake.) Also more compelling about it was very contraversial at the time because it was based on an actual event that happened in a small town in Texas, so much so it was actually banned from theaters in some cities.
Wrong. Didn't happen in Texas. It was INSPIRED hardly based on actual events. The story is Ted Hooper was in a hardware store and he was in a huge line and saw a chainsaw on the wall and thought to himself "How I would love to get that chainsaw and cut through this line." The actual "killer" was Ed Gein. He however was more of a graveyard robber, stealing body parts to make a suit out of the freshly deceased (this is where Silence of the Lambs is based from to!) They only know of two victims of his both elderly women. But they (cops/detectives) believe he may have had more victims.Originally Posted by Iron Hand:715497
