That quote only suggests the person who may have been using a word in a friendly joking context (like nicknaming a friend/team member an afri when they pretty much are not?) have been bullied by a mod or someone who abused the report button without alerting the person of the reporter's disagreement, and there is no one left to speak for such people? :'(
