I was thinking maybe a push notification on your phone. I don't know if that would even be possible but eh.

I think an app would be perfect but it would cause some problems with lag, app crashing, items lost or issues like this. I would like something like when devs putted "one of your friends is online" but for cs, im sure this would totally work
