The quest is too long for one boring map, it's not hard, and it the only place to run, and it's nothing secret about it

I used a 100x elixir so it took me 1000 kills exactly to hit 71 from 70 I'm pro cuz I solo'd it
It really is not fun, but they are separate. I see the game as a casino. You need to get to standard level cap to get access to the casino. I actually grinded to the elite cap for the first time which was boring because it gave me access to a VIP section of the casino. But once you have access, the casino is fun. But this casino is not fun. It is a slot machine with a 100% payout, as long as you pull the lever 2000 times. That is not gambling, that is working.

1000-1500 runs of this boring map to get 500 inchors
been playing on and off for about a day n got 34/500. its very boring
I'm a 71 with 29k+ kills who used the heck out of elixirs. I don't see how you can make it to 71 without a decent amount of kills, even with elixirs. The biggest problem I have with these extreme quests is that the payout isn't even worth it. By the time I completed snowballs or cyber, the items were worthless to me. I was already too high of a level and could easily just do a couple runs through Mt. Fang or Humania and get regular drops that were way better. And you can't even trade or sell the stuff, making it more worthless. At least make the reward worth it for awhile. Like a pink that's powerful enough to last through 10-15 levels of rank.
I have to say that I find the quest to be a little too monotonous. The map is simple and there are only 2 drops (for each class).
It was a popular request to have an elite campaign added, so I don't get complaining about it now that we have one. Maybe we can focus on how to improve it to meet our expectations.
1. Needs more diversity. I know it's just a preview, but I feel if we are expected to play it that many times to reach a goal there should be more to it. Mini boss, mobs, etc. I understand that as a preview, more content won't be added to it. Perhaps adding more drops, craftables or something mentioned above would make the time/reward balance more worthwhile.
2. The drop rate of ichors is discouraging. If I'm doing something that boring I want something to show for it each time. Even if I needed 1200 instead of 500, I wouldn't be as upset as long as I got one every time. In our previous Elite quests the items dropped from mobs, so even though it was long, it felt less repetitive then just getting one a run (if that!)
Well, think of it this way. Even if there was no inchor quest, you'd still probably be running the map thousands of times to farm for the black dragon gear, right? I know I would. So it's the same thing you'd be doing anyway, except you get a guaranteed prize at the end. What's not to like?
Maybe it's a bit overkill. They could have gone with just having to get 250 instead of 500 and it still would have been a ton of work. Even still, it's nice that, once in a while, people who spend platinum like it's going out of style on thrashers and shamus elixirs don't get everything so easily.

Like snowballs were 1000 but u got like 30+ a run
Cyber took 150 boss kills but you could get 4 a run
The shadow part of cyber was kinda just as discouraging but it was only 30 so it seemed doable
I would much rather grind for a certainty than for a chance. I have done enough Fang runs for the dragon vanities to have earned 2 elite weapons. (And still have yet to even see a dragon vanity drop.)
