Elite quest is dumb.

I completed the quest 2 hrs ago. It takes a little longer then going from 66-71. It took me 3 days only because I wasnt rushing it like I did the 71 cap (which had a guild reward of a million for 1st finisher). What you guys have to remember is this quest isnt mandatory. The content in itself is the reward so enjoy the content and dont notice the drop count. Because if you do its depressing as you will go 15+ runs without a drop. So go in with a mind set that you are farming dragon gear and ichor happen to fall while farming.

Lol @Crim It's tough but I bet we all find the time haha Looks like we need to be prepared to spend about 40-50 hours with our mobile devices.


I've put in about 3 1/2 hours so far and I'm at 35/500 10 per hour....ouch lol

I haven't read all the comments yet, nor do I intend to since there's so many but I'll go ahead give my two cents.

Elite quest is not dumb. The idea is very, very, very fair. I cannot stress that point enough. However, I believe it was implemented in a terrible way. Some of us have been cursed by the Pocket Legends Gods and will never receive a decent pink no matter how long we farm (note the sarcasm.) Therefore we like a long hard quest that will guarantee (key word) an elite item.

I don't believe this should be the only way to obtain such an item. That's ridiculous. There should definitely be a way to get this item through normal farming means. As many pointed out (I did read a few comments) its like a grind to level 72. As well, it is extremely boring.

In other words what I'm saying is, I like this idea a lot, but only the idea itself. Execution on the idea is somewhat laughable. (sorry devs )

agree - it's not the idea of an elite quest being difficult that people are complaining about, it's the execution for sure. The Cyber quests had different components, different maps and other players running through them on different tasks (regular levelling). It made it a special mission-type quest and kept you connected to the game and players. This current Elite quest is just grinding, with all Lvl 71s who are all trying to get through it as fast as possible a few thousand times. Boring, Work. Repetitive. The fact that no other pinks are dropping make it even worse as it's a time and money suck.

This is the best way of putting it I've seen. In fact I haven't played PL since I realized how retarded this quest is, and the direction the company is going. I made it to 112, decided that potting does nothing, tried playing unpotted, got booted, LOLed, and logged out. When the devs come up with a better elite quest, I may be back.

I think a better idea for the elite quest would be to give us an Arcane Legends dungeon to play with our Pocket Legends 71 elites.
