[Bug] 100 plats for nothing?

I spent more than 100 plats on ecliptic gem item pack and still couldn't get the ecliptic moon gem. Is it a bug? if not, please explain.

I almost quit this game when I spent 90 plats on some 25-plat pack and didn't get anything before the latest update.

Now, I am asking to give me back all my plats or I will quit the game for sure. Very disappointed.

Update: before I used up my plats (10 left), I finally got my ecliptic gem. But, I still want my plats back.

By the way, I sent an email about the crashing on Harg'Kyth Domain couples of days ago and haven't got any reply yet. Maybe I am just wasting my time on this game.

I think there is a button on the UI that confirms whether or not you want to purchase the item. Did they change that? At most I would expect them to you the gem (which you obviously thought was worth it since you kept going).

Furthermore... hats off to Carapace for even responding to a thread like this with such hostility. In the words of Iron Mike... I take my hand off to you.
