A little more specific please. Is it a boss drop or what, and what are the "early levels", 1-3?

I've never seen one drop from a boss, only common mobs, and it's very rare drop. I'm pretty sure any level in AO1 works. They used to drop in the swamps too, and I've heard also skeller, but I haven't played swamps since the nerf, and never liked skeller, so I don't know if they still drop there or not.

They generally drop on A02 level 3 amongst a flurry storm of fighting. Heard 2 drop recently and another that I recieved from this level.

AO, any stage, doesn't matter. The best way is to farm the mobs and avoid the bosses, good luck though.

Edit:

They do drop in AO1, and that's your best bet. They drop on any stage since specific drops didn't come from certain maps before AO2, they usually drop from mobs though.

They arent that rare, everyone wants to run around acting like they have a pl shield lol.
