Why not have a npenable xp elixir that you can buy for gold?

Because that wouldn't make any money for STS.
We had gold elixers in the past, but they got completely replaced by plat ones.
Also, there are gold elixers that help you gain xp already (7000 gold 1.5 combo for 5mins)
