Alright, now on the quests thing. Here is how the levels work, say you are level 23 and for the Lost Expedition campaign requires level 25-30.
Regardless of how many quests you do(they don't matter) You are allowed to go to Lost expedition 2 Levels before the required levels (25-30). It is the same for all the other dungeons.
