If this is actually an issue for you, maybe online games aren't your thing. I can guarantee the word noob isn't going anywhere, so you'd might as well learn to accept it. I wonder how you would react if you were actually ridiculed/made fun of/harassed/discriminated against.
Do yourself a favor and stop comparing 'noob' to racism. That's even more ignorant than comparing PL to communism, which has happened, and you should give your head a shake.
Making this comparison you're actually making light of racism and the struggle generations of people have suffered through. You're being more inconsiderate than those who call you a noob, so why don't you think long and hard about that, ya noob.
