Here's the unofficial answer-
1) yep for end game pvpers only
2) you must have elite vanity set bonus.
3) you're KDR should be atleast 2x, minimum 10k kills
4) you may not rush, but if necessary you have to rush, team and spawn
5) be united, means help each others, means team up, in any circumtences
