Hi again! Let us not leave Death Match (DM) behind. DM is also a 5vs5 player vs player game. Objective is to score 25 points or 25 kills. The first team to do that wins the match. Here are some of the basics of DM, the locations, the perks we could use to be the sole "King of the Ring" and take our enemies down.
1. The Spawn Area: Basically, there are 4 spawn areas and I could imagine it when we draw a diamond and take the four points of the diamond as our spawn areas, if you wanna know locations of it. There's a gate and it won't open, unless each team has a minimum of 3 players.
2. Heart: Replenishes health, found at a lying corpse just beside the spawn areas.
3. Speed Boost: Like a foot or shoe with wings, located also beside the spawn areas, at a lying corpse.
4. The Ring: It lits up and will choose a player, who can stay alive during the "coronation process".
Once you enter the ring when it lits up, the coronation process starts, just beware of other players who might come steal your crown. Try to stay alive.
You can hide behind pillars surrounding the ring, just do not step outside that circle because coronation process ceases while you are out of the circle.
5. The King of the Ring: And when you are the last player standing, you will be crowned King of the Ring. You have more defense, attacks are more vicious and you can kill a lot of players while you are King. In short, perks are given to you. But, once you're killed, the ring will choose another king and the process goes on. Hunt 'em down!
6. The Windows: Yes, DM have windows too, with the same function in CTF. You can use it as a strategy to take players down once you open that switch, since we, vamps, are allergic to light. Windows are located on the walls, the same position where the lying corpses with hearts and speed boost are.
Now, the switch. Lol. Thank you Aeroflame for showing this to me. I know there are windows, but I cannot locate the switch. Silly me. There. The switch is located in the edge of the wall/divider just in front of the spawn area.
There. I will add more information as I progress through DM or as new maps are added. Kill-Steal? Yes. This happens in DM and I believe it is inevitable. Nevertheless, this is a team game also. Your team needs 25 kills to win. Just try to stay alive, look for perks , try to be "King", help your team mates and you'll manage DM.
Special thanks to Aerostar, XII and Varja for letting me take photos and not killing me while doing so. Lmao.
