If you sell it on the offer terminal, the seller don't get charged, only the buyer

I know, didn't say that the sellers will get charged for accepting the offer, only that they will pay for what they accepted.

There will be small tax added to the fee too (just like the auction terminal)

And by this, did you mean the amount of posting an offer will be "just like the auction terminal" ?

'Cos if so, I may have to disagree again. They're just posting offers, so In my opinion they shouldn't be
Taxed as much as when posting at the real auction house. Maybe half.

eg;
Auction Terminal - 3 Hour = 10c
Offer Terminal - 3 Hour = 5c

Thus by the buyer's wont have to pay so much Just for posting an offer.
