Premium Characters??

Are there no premium characters this time around? One person told me that they were 30 plat during limited release, another said there should be a chest next to my name at login screen. I'm not seeing any option at all, and I just wanted to make sure before I level my toon. Anyone? )

I think it was around incredibly briefly, but then got taken out and hasn't been put back in. I'm also afraid to level up.

Bought plat so I could get a premium, but it's not there. huh?!

it was there during beta but it disappeared during limited release. Was hoping it would come back when AL officially launched , maybe a Dev can enlighten us.
