i think capping is a bad idea....

after i cap, i realized that most of my drops are lv 45 or lv 46 .... (ps i only get mostly chest armor drops and wep drop sence the other only goes up to lv 44)

so doesn't that mean farming legendary set is pointless since us capped players only get lv 45/46 items

Sorry bud, but I dont think someone could prove you wrong.

Theres no word at all that someone who is capped has gotten other L44 pinks besides the chest and weapon.

(Made a new alt *L45, xp Locked, just so that I wont accidentally lvl up and screw my farming LOL!*
just to see if this really is true, that when you are capped, only pink chest armor awaits you,

And so far, no luck. And yes, since I capped all 3 of my toons, no L44 Pink has ever dropped again.)

Do lower level dungeons also drop capped items? Perhaps run lower level dungeons. Otherwise, that's why people have farming toons frozen at certain levels.

its just a rumour, when i was l45, i got 2 pink drops. The problem is that once people cap, they dont bother to farm anymore so thats why there is less drops

I wouldn't say it's all rumor just yet. I capped my first toon quickly, and spent a week getting pink L46 guns and L45-46 chests only. I then switched to my alt toon, and locked xp before turning L46 and although it took time I put together full sets for each class. My opinion is at L46, the L44 arms, legs, helm, back, do not drop.
I also never get a L44 pink gun drop on my L46 toon. That should tell ya something right there I think.

Now i'm not big on superstitions (like the box/crate myth) but pn this one I have seen enough boss killing data to figure this out.
I think there is a loot table change, and the L44 pinks are not available at L46.

When I read Killa's post, I thought to myself; Oh my god, I think l44 pink helm, back, legs and arms do not drop when your capped.

But then, a mysterious account of drop happened, an L46 toon dropped a l44 com legs. VVV

Being capped, your'e gona have a smaller chance of looting it rather than when your'e not capped at all.

In all dungeons, once you are above the dungeon level you get the highest drops, but that doesn't mean you don't get anything but them. At least in slouch-o and shipyard, when farming i got lvl28 to lvl30 items, and in shipyard, lvl34 to 36 items.
Also, i believe there are lvl46 pink and purple sets too.

I think STS's mistake was making different lvls of pinks. It would have been better to only implement lvl45 items as the best, not lvl46.
