The reason there is no complete structure is because having such strict rules makes the guild a tyrant this is a game you are sposed to have fun and plus we have barely started the game unless you have been playing longer than anyone else your a noob just like the rest of us....and just because you were a officer doesn't mean you were top officer..dragonhustler and deadbite are my main officers...I would trust them with my account info...obviously a good call on my part

It's a game!!! Have fun and chillax. I've been playing STS games (PL, SL, DL, AL) since they started and until now, I still hate the forum due to all the drama. I will play with anyone and everyone who wants to play with me. End the discussion with this "you recruited from our guild", when even "thegrimreaper" GM of Fear the Reaper tried to recruit me (even though I'm already in a guild) and offered me an officer slot in your guild. Don't blame or be upset with the recruiters (this guild or any guild)! Its part of the game. Players have their own minds to choose which guild best suits them. Don't assume that the growth of a guild is based on your ranks. When players leaves a guild, don't take it personally. If they are your friend, whatever guild they belong to shouldn't matter. Use all your energy and anger to defeat elite bosses.
