Where is the stash in Arcane Legends? Im probably looking over it but I cant find it

Stash is located in Traveler's Outpost (second town) and Kraag (third town). The stash NPCs have a bag of gold coins above their head.

Edit: There's also one in the Guild Halls in Kraag.
