respecs were free due to balancing of certain skills and if they are eventually balanced... then i dnt take it as an disadvantage to ios users.... it is like an advantage tht they will play with less errors than other users. i knw how it feel to play keeping better equipment in your inventory and play with other one... just coz they are faulty....
