    Unhappy Rouge's Razor shield bug for Google Chrome player

    As long as being a rouge in AL, I found rouge's Razor shield bug sometimes doesn't work although you used the skill by kicking the skill map or pressing.
    It's still happened no matter you change the skill mapping or charging the skill, as I have seen this happened hundred times

    This bug often happens like purely losing mana after the rouge use Razor shield .
