Sorry to say, but you need to have someone host an official tournament for you, or ask devs to make you a tournament/ladder leader. You can always make private ones, but for more, well organized tournaments, an official one would be best. I think XxGhostzxX is a ladder leader, maybe send ghost a pm ig or on forums and ask if they could help you out!
