They drop from enemy's, or you can goto the CS and buy them!

Yeah it drops basically anywhere

It's a very common drop when you have a loot elixer on

The "crates" are similar to the "chests" since they can be opened to get items inside them. But these crates aren't free to open, they cost 15platinum to receive the items they contain.

The.crates drop on all levels. If you get one or buy one it'll be in your chest spot like any other chest. Only thing is to open is you need 15plat, so if you have that just open like.any other chest. I suggest you wait till after hammer head patch tomorrow as the watch crates you already have will have the.chance to contain him
