Heal packs at Thunk don't disappear

Did a couple Thunk runs (elite) and the heal packs don't disappear after being used (the ones that the system spawns for you). The heal pack heals you when you run over it, but it won't go away. When you try to collect the heal pack again (which you already did once), of course nothing happens.

EDIT: The same issue I've reproduced on normal and elite Aquaducts as well. So I believe this to be an all around issue with heal packs

It's dropping two on all the bosses that drop health. One you can pick up, one remains. It's already bugged, hopefully fixed in the near future.

I have noticed that u cannot pick up when u have full health, were u missing any hp?
