I have spent almost 200 platinum trying to get one weapon. I had to give up after so many failed attempts. Does this happen to other people or an I just that unlucky? I feel that the system if unfair to some and favors others.

I never spent that big amount trying, gave up after two tries actually, but I think that many is really unlucky.
I heard that if you email sts support about it they might give you the item if they see you tried so many times.
