Lvl 22 Bug?

I noticed when I hit lvl 22 I was only given 1 new point to apply toward int/Dex/star. When I hit lvl 23 I got the expected 6 points we have grown accustomed too. Is this an expected feature or a bug?

I can't reproduce this internally or on the live server. Any additional information would be helpful.

I'll see if I can capture this, I've done a respec after and my stat numbers add properly. Trying to lvl up my warrior and take some screenshots for you if I see it again.

No luck with my warrior, numbers add up on my mage like I stated previously, perhaps I imagined it...

Maybe you press +10 and poins was added in 1 hit, maybe thats why dont know just guessing.
