korruption rework

I actually like how korruption's aa works. All you need are enough skills to get out of its pool ya know. I as a mage in a way hate it when they stack but if you know when to move away from korruption youll still be able to heal with the HoT and only around 20-30% mana will be drained so i dont think we have to nerf korruption
