Reroll/luck and event drops

Very informative, thank you. Some major secrets revealed today.

It makes complete sense except for Epic -> Legendary. If a player loots Epic, does it jump to the next table and loot Legendary instead?

Reason is because I noticed I started getting a lot more Pulley crates when I equipped luck gear for the boss in the Arcanite Fields event, where before I was getting very few.

As described above, if the originally rolled item was an epic, and the loot table has a legendary, if a reroll is triggered you get a legendary.
