Boss damage awake is prob better for skratch gun, the continous damage from proc + the boss damage awakes have a huge difference from proc damage + int awake

Nope. That's not how boss damage calculation works
Boss damage and elite damage is like damage stacking.
Boss damage is more op on skratch gun since gun is dot type and not buff type
