If the boss content only contains gears can you possibly add more gears? same as suggested above similar things like Immortal Corruption weapons or even BlackBeard Hooks, Maul Ollerus, and Ker'shal Scepter. and also Arcane 76 amulets, expansion 81 has passed and yet Arcane 76 amulets remains rare.
If not, can you add more content on Event Vendor? Contents like Gears character bound to be fair. but in this case you have to make the boss drop event tokens.
