Becoz is balanced on same lvl ofc 10lvl over ur lvl is too ovepower for you.

they lowered it to ±3, but that killed PvP, so it is back at ±5

The only people i saw cry about the +2/-2 were the people that enjoy joining lower level games to boost... for the most part, the peaceful experienced players either enjoyed it, or didn't even notice until people complained they couldn't join 61 games with 66 sets anymore to rush the 56s
