Is Endgame PvP alive?

Oh haha, I'm really sorry for that. I'll try.
I think endgame PvP is less active for the fact that the most superior gear (Mythic) isn't that cheap and it wasn't that cheap either when they had hype over 110 and the hype to try new 110 pvp and then enchantments is another burden and players already had a negative perspective towards endgame PvP since the introduction of STAT guns in endgame pvp and enchantments afterward. In my perspective, since then Endgame seriously started to loose player base.

1- STAT Guns
2- Enchantments
3- Costly Mythic set
These three to blame, PVP balance is of course an issue but players can understand that, it's hard to achieve specially if developers trying to put effort on it then it's fine.

EDIT : Oh sorry I meant Stat guns all the time when I said QTR gun
