Your brother sucks, sorry to be blunt but he does. Well, I'm not really sorry; I just thought it'd sound nicer. He's just cocky, but he has nothing to back it up with. If he seems "good" to the average pvpers, who don't know anything about who's actually good or not, that's because of the gear sts gave Engis. If he was really good, he would've been good at l41 cap.
Just like many others, he's only good because of the gear he uses.
