I don't do it anymore but I still know some of it and practice every now and then. I was already 2 belts away from a black belt and better than my Sensei at the bo, sai, and escrima when I was 7. But when I moved, all the dojos i could find in Ohio said I had to start over no matter how good I was. I worked hard to get as far as I did and would rather not have to re-learn everything over again. So I didn't continue.
