Upcoming winter event feedback

Since winter event is right behind the corner i decided to bring some feedback to it.

Token Vendor:
Toke vendor needs to be filled with goods that make ppl want to farm the event in order to get them such as Pets, Vanities, Chests, Etc.

Hero pets. Frost, Frostarion, Frosteye, KnK, Lucky, Snaggletooth, Snowy, Swift, Yowie, Rudolph, Sassy, Re-Gifter, Krampus, Breezaga, Breeze, Frist, Lupe, August, Harley, Talon, Grave, Mercury, Vixen, Orion, Kelvin any of these "ice/cold" related pets would be a good addition to the vendor (I would avoid adding Frostarion, Lupe, Frist, Breezaga since they are either too common like Frist/Breezaga or from last year's event Frostarion/Lupe) add 1-3 heroic pets. 2k-3k tokens each.
A 1 pull free-to-open locks at vendor. 250 tokens.
Coin that grants access to Brood's chamber as long as it's in the inventory (like previous years except 2020). 200 tokens.
Brood vanity weapons recipe. 1k tokens.
Massive lock recipe (uses 1 Zodias lock). 30 tokens.
Massive lock recipe (uses 3 Valley locks). 30 tokens.
Massive lock recipe (uses 5 Marsh locks). 30 tokens.
Vanity set (armor/helm/backpack)(different designs for each class). 5k tokens.
Vanity set (armor/helm)(same design for all classes)(avoid recolor pls). 2.5k tokens.
Vanity weapons matching the above vanity set. 1.5k tokens each.
Vanity backpack. 500 tokens.
Currency Chest. 100 tokens.
Greater winter Chest. 70 tokens.
Lesser winter Chest. 30 tokens.
New location (Iceland) (grants 2%hp regen). 3k-4k tokens.
Legendary gear L81 each with a frosty proc.
Hammer, gun, bow: chance on attack to receive a 10%dmg boost, +25 primary stats and 50%chance to freeze target for 3 seconds (0.5seconds in PvP). 1.5k tokens each.
Shield, staff, daggs: chance on attack to receive a 5%dmg boost, 15%hp regen boost, +25 primary stats and 50%chance to get ice shield that will reduce dmg taken by 10% for 5 seconds. 1.5k tokens each.
Armor: passive effect that gives a protective ice shield of 2k hp every 20 seconds, when enemies hit while shield is on they get a 5%dmg/ms reduction. 1.5k tokens.
Helm: passive effect every 20 seconds helm will deploy ice spikes slowing by 5% and dealing Dot to enemies that step on them and granting allies that step on them +15 primary stats and 5%ms boost. 1.5k tokens.
Belt: chance on taking dmg to leave an ice trail behind that will deal dot and reduce crit by 5%. 500 tokens.
Ring: chance on taking dmg to cast a healing ice whisp that will heal owner by 100hp for 7 seconds. 500tokens.
Amulet: chance on taking dmg to explode dealing aoe dmg to close enemies with a chance to reduce dodge by 5%. 500 tokens.

--Winter gear Chest: (epic-legendary weapon/helm/armor (when legendary wore together grant +15stats and 10%dmg boost)(gear lvl depends on the lvl of the character the chest is opened with brackets on 5 lvls, 5 10 15 etc)
Lesser chest: energy kit, gold 500g-3k, epic gear, crate token, legendary pet.
Greater chest: energy kit, gold 800g-5k, epic-legend gear, crate token, mythic pet.--

Tier Boss drops:
Event bosses must have some appealing drops so we don't end up bored after the first few runs and push players to farm for actual profit.

Standard.
Zodias lock, Winter lock,winter gear Chest, vanity backpack, lesser chest.
Gold tier.
All the aforementioned + winter related myth/arc pets, empowered orb recipe, greater chest.
Platinum tier.
All the aforementioned + extra winter related arc/heroic pets, vanity aura.
Pets: A.Iceball, Glacian, Whim, KnK, InC, Melathrax, Seirian, Re-Gifter, Baby Blizzerax, Chester, the heroics previously mentioned and maybe add 1 of the new pets to be released on the event.
-Syrillax only: Snow Dragon's wing Badge. (Silver-framed Badge with Syrillax's wing).
-Elite Guards only: Karnos's Badge, Teros' Badge, Veldos' Badge (Silver-Frame Badges each one has it's correspondent Guard Face).

Brood:
Make brood open by cracking flamestones and running the event, the higher tier the boss the more points it grants towards opening brood, this way brood will open more frequently (probably will take 1-2 hours since the brood egg is found) as I recall the reason for the coin removal was brood not being available enough time on different time zones.

Remove Blitzer and Iceball recipes from the loot table, absolutely nobody uses these recipes.
Add further heroics to the loot table there are plenty of ice/cold related heroics to choose from.
Add vanity set chest (pls no winterfest recolor there are plenty already) (can be a gingerbread cookie set, elf set, etc).
Add a piece of gear that makes brood farm desirable (ring/amulet/artifact) it can have a mild effect when wore such as archon/winter star rings or myth amulets lvl31. Maybe can make an item that gives a passive effect by simply carrying it in the inventory just like bane items or undead orb work.
Add new furnishing (ice table, chairs, icicles, frozen puddles, ice cubes, etc).
Add Badge: Brood's Wing (Frame same color of Brood dragon with Brood's Wing).

Tier Rewards:
Tier rewards (bronze-gold) should be helpful for early stage players just giving a vanity banner or a title won't help at all, adding jwl chests (that give primary Stat), ankh, respec scrolls, etc. Can help them progress.
Don't forget to make platinum tier worth the grind, it's a 3 week event and winter usually requires a lot of points.

Bronze: Banner, 1 Unlocked Chest, Primary stat jwl chest (Standard-Noble). Banner, 1 Enhanced Unlocked Chest (Mythic+ items have increased rate), 1 Brood lix.
Silver: 2 Unlocked Chests, Primary stat jwl chest (Fortified-Exquisite), 50 ankh, Brood lix. 2 Enhanced Unlocked Chest, Primary stat jwl chest (Excellent-Exquisite), 2 Brood lix.
Gold: 3 Unlocked Chests, Primary stat jwl chest (Excellent-Precise), New pet (not egg) (Legendary-Heroic), 2 Brood lix. 3 Enhanced Unlocked Chest, Primary stat jwl chest (Superb-Precise), New Pet (not egg), 2 Brood lix. (If already have the pet ,receive egg)
Platinum: 5 Unlocked chests, Primary stat jwl chest (Superb-Flawless), Vanity Set/Backpack/Banner/Aura/Weapon (any of the mentioned or a mix of them), 50 Platinum, Title. 3 Enhanced Unlocked Chest, Primary stat jwl chest (Noble-Flawless), Vanity Set/Backpack/Banner/Aura/Weapon (any of the mentioned or a mix of them), 25-50 Platinum, Title. (Can alternate the platinum tier vanity reward each week of the event).

LB Rewards:
Don't make the difference between tops too big, every lb reward should be worth the grind, nobody running for lb will use fortified jwls. Give decent amounts of platinum 100+ per top. Don't give ankhs, once again nobody running for lb will need any more ankhs.

Top 50: banner (give it some snowy effect)/backpack, 100platinum, noble class specific jwl.
Top 25: banner, backpack, badge/title, 150platinum, exquisite class specific jwl.
Top 5: banner, backpack, badge, title, set (helm/armor) that gives aura, 250platinum, precise class specific jwl.

Quests:
If winter event is based on Split Week Lbs, make a questline for each week.
W.1: Reach Platinum Tier, Kill Icy Fiend 25 times, Kill Syrillax 50 times, Kill Elite Guards 50 times.
W.2: Reach Platinum Tier, Gather up to 10k tokens total, Kill Brood 100 times, Kill 500 enemies from Event.
W.3: Reach Platinum Tier, Spend 10k tokens, Kill Event Bosses 500 times.
Completing each week's questline grants exclusive snowflake Badge.

Trophies:
Syrillax's Head, Elite Guards' Weapons, Brood's Head, Brood's Egg (make the egg appearence match the current Brood dragon), Tray of dragon scales (Silver Tray with a scale from every Brood dragon up to date), Dragon's Tail, Syrillax's Eye (Small pedestal with Og Syrillax's Eye gem gleaming on top of a purple pillow), Tarlok's Staff.

New arcanite:
New arcanites are not a necessity but I came up with this in case want to consider the stats/skill build for a new pet, that would be preferred, I rather avoid recolors.

Arcanite Glacian.
Passive: ice spikes rise from the ground hitting up to 5 enemies with a chance to freeze for 3 seconds (0.5sec in PvP) and reduce dmg, dodge, speed, armor by 20%. (spike attack chance to freeze stacks, the more it hits the easier to freeze. At 10th hit will freeze 100% and go back to normal freeze rate)
HB: 25%crit, +60Primary stats, +50 Str Dex Int, 25%Stacking Dmg, +25Mana Regen, 20%Stacking Dmg Reduction.
AA: unleashes an icy wind that buffs allies in range with +50 Primary stats, 10%Haste, 30%Stacking dmg and an ice armor with 5k hp that will explode when it gets destroyed dealing heavy aoe dmg with a high chance to freeze for 2seconds (0.3seconds in PvP), Buff and ice armor last 8 seconds, armor will explode once buff runs out. 25seconds cooldown.

Arcanite Whim Brothers.
Passive: brothers combo on enemies hitting up to 5 enemies reducing their dmg/speed by 10% with a chance to further reduce dmg,armor,crit,dodge by 20% and apply a heavy bleed, bleeding enemies are freozen for 0.3seconds after 5 ticks.
HB: +40Primary stats, +65 Str Dex Int, 25%Stacking dmg, 25%Stacking ms, 15%stacking dmg reduction, 1000hp, 500armor
AA: pull all enemies in range in, dealing heavy dmg with a high chance to inflict heavy bleed (that can slow by 10% with every tick, every tick has a 25% to freeze the enemy for 2 seconds (0.7 in PvP)), reduce armor by 20%, and regen allies based on the number of enemies pulled (100hp per enemy pulled with a max of 1000hp regen) for 7seconds. 20seconds cooldown.

Arcanite Yowie.
Passive: Melee attack that hits up to 5 enemies. 40%chance to reduce hit chance by 25%, armor and crit dmg by 30%, every attack has a 30%chance to cast "Ice Block" buff to nearby allies (zulong aura range) granting a 8k HP shield and hits from buffed allies receive a 15%chance to slow and reduce enemies crit chance by 15% (Buff lasts 8 seconds, 3 seconds cooldown).
HB: +50Primary Stats, +50 Str Dex Int, +1500hp, 15%Mana Regen, 15%HP Regen, 30%Stacking Dmg, 25%Stacking Dmg Reduction, 20%Haste.
AA: Big Roar that deals heavy AoE dmg to enemies in range (3k Dmg, 800 Dmg in PvP), makes them unable to crit, reduce their armor by 55% (40% in PvP) and reduce their dmg by 40% (35% in PvP) for 7 seconds. 20seconds cooldown.

Christmas Tree (2H Sword), Candy Cane (Daggs, Staff, 2H Sword), Present Box+Christmas Tree/Candy Cane (Shield), Snowball Shooter (Gun), Frozen Branch (staff), Wooden Bow with Red/White/Green Tinsel (Bow), Double Icicle with Christmas Balls (Bow).

Sets:
Gingerbread, Snowman, Elf (main idea by @mhysaa), Ice Spirit/Fiend/Ghost, Present Box (main idea from @bedyns1), 3 Wizard Kings, Reindeer suit, New Year Party suit (Gala fancy suits with shiny 2023 sewed on the back), Big Santa Suit (Big belly+Scruffy beard+eyeglasses)

Backpacks:
Santa's Present Sack, Set of 3 Red/Green Socks, Charcoal Pack, Mistletoe with Bells, Door Pine Crown.

Banners:
Candy Cane, Snowman, Present Box, Mistletoe with Bells, Spinning Crystal Star (can be different versions (Silver/Gold/Crystal), Floating Snowball that increases and decreases size (snowflakes drop when walking).

Auras:
Red/White/Green radiating that spawns Christmas ball ornaments, Present Box Wisp that floats around dropping Christmas related stuff, Whiteish aura with snow effect that piles up and leaves white footprints when running.
